Welcome to this pre-application consultation in respect of proposals by AMA (New Town) Ltd to redevelop Scotstoun House in South Queensferry to deliver 25 new homes. The public consultation ended on 31 May 2021. Thank you to everyone who participated.
The site, which lies to the east of the B800 comprises B Listed Scotstoun House, ancillary buildings and grounds. The site is presently in office use. Arup, the existing owners and occupiers of the site, are due to vacate to new premises in late 2021. AMA is proposing the redevelopment of the site to provide a high-quality residential development. The proposals will comprise the conversion and extension of the existing buildings to form residential units, part demolition of an existing office extension and the erection of new build residential development with associated infrastructure, access and parking. In total, the scheme will provide 25 residential units.

The pre-application consultation was undertaken in advance of the submission of concurrent detailed planning and listed building consent applications to City of Edinburgh Council.
